29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also included the requirements specified in (e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference 1926.59) On or about 6/11/2020, at jobsite located at 9500 SW 61st Ct, Pinecrest, FL 33156, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program for employees who work with hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Titan America Stucco and Roof Tile Cement containing Portland cement a corrosive (with a pH of 11.5).
