29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) 1300 Odanah Road; On or about May 11, 2020, the employer did not ensure the use of machine specific energy isolation procedures to control potentially hazardous energy prior to an employee performing jam clearing activities on the Medalist Challoner 900 double-ended tenoner machine.
