29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Oakland Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center at 20 Breakneck Road, Oakland NJ On or about May 6, 2020, and continuing thereafter, the employer failed to implement a written respiratory protection program for employees, including nurses, certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and patient care assistants, who were required to wear N95 respirators while exposed to suspected or confirmed COVID-19 positive patients.
