29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: Worksite, Westbury Medical Care Home, Inc., 922 McDonough Road, Jackson, Georgia 30233: On or about 05/22/2020, and continuing the employer required the use of respiratory protection, including N95 and Kn95 respirators, by employees who provided care to suspected or confirmed COVID-19 residents. The employer's N95/KN95 respirator policy did not meet the requirements of a written respiratory protection program in that in that the policy did not include provisions for medical evaluations or provisions for fit testing.
