29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite- specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Ivy Hill Rehab LLC, d/b/a AristaCare @ Ivy Hill: On or about May 20, 2020, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). The employer provided and required the nursing staff employees to wear Kimberly Clark or 3M 8510 N95 filtering facepiece respirators while providing care to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.
