29 CFR 1910.134(c)(3): The employer did not designate a program administrator who was qualified by appropriate training or experience to administer or oversee the respiratory protection program and to conduct the required evaluations of program effectiveness: (a) Carroll Manor located at 725 Buchanan St. NE, Washington D.C. 20017: On or about May 20, 2020, the employer did not have a designated program administrator who was administering the respiratory protection program to all employees required to wear respirators. The employer required employees working on the 3rd Floor West COVID-19 Wing to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against SARS-CoV-2 while performing housekeeping duties in the rooms of suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.
