29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met (Agriculture Reference: 1928.21(a)(5))(a)): On or about May 20, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees operating and servicing farming equipment were exposed to hazardous chemicals without access to a written hazard communication program that incorporated labeling, safety data sheets, and employee information and training.
