29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a. On or about May 15, 2020 at 470 N Market St, in Logan, Ohio employees were not trained to recognize hazards while working on the 6/12 pitch roof of the pool house exposing employees to a 10 foot fall hazard.
