29 CFR 1910.147(c)(ii): The procedures shall clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance. a) In the breast room, on or about 4/22/2020: An employee was cleaning the Multivac machine. Energy control procedures in place did not require authorized employees to perform lockout and tagout on the machines they are assigned to use. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
