29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a) On or about April 30, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees were trained as authorized employees prior to performing cleaning tasks on the tomato slicing line conveyor. Employees were exposed to caught in hazards while cleaning the conveyor while energized.
