29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Third Floor Skilled Care Nursing Unit (Mountain View): Employees, including, but not limited to, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants, are required to wear 3M N95 respirators to provide protection from COVID-19. The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program, on or about 4/16/20, and thereafter.
