29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): Employee(s) were not kept clear of load(s) suspended, or about to be lifted by sling(s): (a) 7414 Sissonville Dr., Yard: On April 27, 2020 A Caterpillar Excavator (Model 330B; Serial 6DR03009), equipped with a nylon sling was used to lift a dump bed during hydraulic pump repair operations. Work was performed under the suspended load of the dump bed without it being adequately supported, cribbed, or braced.
