29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: A. Maryhaven Center of Hope Intermediate Care of Facility (ICF-1): Employees, including but not limited to Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Direct Support Professionals, and Medical Case Workers provided direct care to residents with presumed or confirmed COVID-19. The employer did not develop or implement a written respiratory protection program for employees required to wear a Makrite 910 N-95 TC 84A-3323 respirator on or about April 16th, 2020 and continuing thereafter.
