29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Unit A1, 1 O'Brien Lane, Andover, NJ, 07821 The employer failed to implement a written respiratory protection program for employees including, but not limited to, LPNs and CNAs required to wear N-95 respirators while providing care for residents including those under investigation and/or confirmed as COVID-19 positive. Violation occurred on or about 4/17/2020 and thereafter.
