29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(i): Some employees were not trained, as necessary, by a competent person qualified to recognize the nature of fall hazards in the work area. Location - 205 Newbury Street, Framingham, MA 01701. On or about April 11, 2020, some employees were not trained by a competent person in the recognition of fall hazards including skylights, fall protection warning line system, fall protection monitoring roles and responsibilities, windy conditions and attaching personal fall protection system to HVAC unit.
