29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy: a) Energy Control Program: On or about April 7, 2020 and at times prior thereto the employer's documented energy control procedures were not complete. The procedures did not provide specific and relevant information about the type and magnitude of the hazardous energy, methods to control the energy, types and locations of operating controls, types and locations of energy isolating devices, and types of stored energy and methods to dissipate or strain the energy. Machine specific procedures include but may not be limited to the PB-15 "Dino" Svartek Grinder, Hycor Rotoshear, Pre-Hogger, and cooker. Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
