29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): The employer did not determine if the voluntary use of a respirator did not in itself create a hazard: Paint line operations area: On or about February 26, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an undue physiological burden while voluntarily using 3M-facepiece respirators with cartridges during roller paint operations, without the employer effectively assessing worker health and capability to use the respirator.
