29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On and before January 24, 2020, located at project property 2530 Saint Albans Ave., Apt# 1, Cincinnati, OH 45237, there were no frequent and regular inspections performed by a competent person such as but not limited to guards, personal protective equipment, electrical hazards that were maintained and utilized before employees operating a Ryobi table saw.
