29 CFR 1910.134(a)(2): A respirator was not provided by the employer to each employee when such equipment was necessary to protect the health of the employee: (a) Encon Colorado at 8600 Welby Road in Denver, CO 80229: On or before December 17, 2019, the employer did not provide respiratory protection for employees exposed to carbon monoxide from the steam pipe generator system used to cure concrete. This condition exposed employees to the respiratory hazards of inhalation of carbon monoxide and insufficient oxygen levels.
