29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: At buildings 1, 3 and 8 of an existing apartment complex located at 315 Abercon Circle, Boynton Beach, FL, 33436: On or about February 12, 2020 and at times prior, the employer did not develop and implement an accident prevention program that included the following elements: management commitment and employee involvement; worksite analysis; hazard prevention and controls; and safety and health training, to ensure employees of the company were protected from fall hazards when engaged in construction activities.
