29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder: (a) On or about January 30, 2020, and at times prior, for the employee exposed to fall hazards while working from a ladder in the vicinity of 25 North Broadway Street in Fargo, North Dakota.
