29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): The employer is failed to ensure that employees were not exposed to chemical hazards in the work place that could result in injury. This was most recently documented on February 4, 2020 at 12750 West Point, LaVista, Nebraska. The employer failed to develop and implement a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(I) and (e)(1)(ii).
