29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: a. On or about 2/6/2020, employees were exposed to chemical hazards in that, the Safety Data Sheets were not available for the chemicals they were using to build and repair cabinetry such as 3M 77 and Loctite PL 530 adhesives containing solvents and organ-specific toxic chemicals.
