29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: 300 Burnett Rd, Chicopee, MA: On January 30, 2020 and at times prior, the employer had not developed a written energy control procedure for the dual energy source S-244 machine to protect the employees who set up and maintained it. Additionally, some authorized employees did not use the available written energy control procedures when maintaining and servicing machines.
