29 CFR 1910.110(c)(5)(i)(d): Valves on containers having a water capacity greater than 50 pounds (nominal 20 pounds LP-Gas capacity) were not protected while in use. a)New Angus, LLC dba DemKota Ranch Beef at 13 135th Street in Aberdeen, SD 57401: On or about and at times prior to January 27, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fire, explosion and pressurized chemicals in that a 100 lb tank of liquid propane was used to run a HeatStar portable propane heater. The 100lb propane tank valve was not protected while in use.
