29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about January 23, 2020, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 30 feet while performing steel erection activities on a new commercial building located at 449 Richmond Road, Richmond Heights, Ohio 44720. The employees were performing decking activities on the top of the building and the employer did not ensure that they were trained on how to properly recognize and minimize the fall hazard.
