29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. On 1/22/2020, at the Duluth facility, Authorized employees were not utilizing lockout procedures when performing service and maintenance to production equipment. Employees were observed changing hydraulic press dies and removing water pumps from presses without utilizing lockout procedures established at the facility.
