29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: a) At the jobsite, on or about 1/3/20: An electrician was replacing a panel on an energized 800 amp service cabinet where the face shield he was using was inappropriate for the work being performed, causing the worker to lift the shield to see the work at hand just prior to the arc-flash.
