(a) Maintenance Garage, 1528 New Stanton Ruffs Dale Road, Ruffs Dale, PA: On or about January 17, 2020, employees were unloading excess butane liquid to the ground below and butane fumes to the atmosphere within five feet from the maintenance garage.
