29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(iv): The employer did not train each employee on the correct use of personal fall protection systems and equipment, including, but not limited to, proper hook-up, anchoring, and tie-off techniques, and methods of equipment inspection and storage, as specified by the manufacturer: (a) On January 2, 2020, for the employee injured after being ejected from a JLG Model E300-AJP aerial lift while driving it off of a transport trailer and was not wearing a fall protection system at or near 1325 41st Street North in Fargo, North Dakota.
