29 CFR 1910.177(g)(6): Tires on single piece rim wheels were not contained within a tire safety cage, positioned behind a barrier or bolted on the vehicle with the lug nuts fully tightened during tire inflation: a. 601 6th St S.W. Great Falls, MT 59404: On or about December 28, 2019, and at times prior, employee were exposed to struck by hazards while inflating a 295/75R225 semi-tire on a single piece rim without employee protection in place to guard against tire explosion.
