29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(B): Additional retraining shall also be conducted whenever a periodic inspection under paragraph(c)(6) of this section reveals, or whenever the employer has reason to believe that there are deviations from or inadequacies in the employee's knowledge or use of the energy control procedures: a) All American Pet Proteins, 259 30th Street, Greeley, CO 80631: On and before January 3, 2020, employees demonstrated inadequacies in knowledge or deviation from energy control procedures when performing tasks such as clearing a jam or cleaning the Line 4 bone grinder but the employer did not retrain employees.
