29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3) Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: (a) Garage (inside near garage door facing west) - On or about December 23, 2019, the employer failed to cut a six-inch diameter pipe stump", protruding up two inches, flush with the floor. This posed a tripping hazard for employees.
