29 CFR 1910.119(d)(2)(i): Process safety information pertaining to the technology of the process did not include the elements specified in 29 CFR 1910.119(d)(2)(i)(A) through (E): On or about February 19th, 2020, the employer did not ensure that the process safety information for the chlorine system included the elements specified in 29 CFR 1910.119(d)(2)(i)(A) through (E). The process safety information for the system did not include the following information for process equipment other than piping, such as but not limited to, valves, sensors, and vacuum regulators: a) Safe upper and lower limits for such items as temperatures, pressures, flows, or compositions, and; b) An evaluation of the consequences of deviations, including those affecting the safety & health of employees.
