29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: On or before December 12, 2019, a sub-contractors employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 18 Feet while performing framing activities on a new commercial building located at 11601 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, Ohio 44106. The sub-contractors employees were working on all areas of the upper level and the employer did not ensure that the personal fall arrest systems being used would stop the employee from free falling more than 6 feet or contacting the lower level.
