29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) Paint Shop: On or about December 17, 2019 and times prior, the employer provides and requires the use of respirators during repair and painting operations but has not developed and implemented a written respiratory protection program to include employee medical evaluations and annual fit testing.
