29 CFR 1910.132(c): Personal protective equipment was not of safe design and construction for the work to be performed: On or about December 3, 2019 the employer failed to ensure that clothing worn in the workplace was of safe design and construction. Employees tasked with operating a powered horizontal drill press were wearing loose fitting clothing allowing the clothing to be caught in the drill press work and chuck areas.
