29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer shall evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces are permit-required confined spaces: On or about December 3, 2019 the employer failed to evaluate the workplace for confined spaces which may be permit-required. The employer has a dust collection system which employees can bodily enter to change and correct the filter system. The dust collection filter and bagging system is a permit-required confined space.
