29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: Location: Paper Machines On or about November 21, 2019, the employer had not done monitoring at the facility to evaluate worker exposure where OSHA sampling showed that employees were exposed to noise levels of 89.9 dBA over an eight hour time weighted average.
