29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Walking-working surfaces were not inspected, regularly, and maintained in a safe condition. GenOn Energy Services, LLC - Avon Lake, Ohio: On or about November 6, 2019, the employer did not ensure that the decking under sections of the conveyor belt such as, but not limited to the AP and AN conveyors, were inspected to ensure their safe condition. Employees who access the decking to perform tasks, such as replacing return rollers, were exposed to fall hazards.
