29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): The employer failed to ensure that live parts were deenergized before employees began to work on or near live parts. (a) In the Post Anesthesia Care Unit, on or about November 13, 2020, the employer failed to ensure that live parts associated with a light fixture were deenergized before an employee began work, thereby exposing the employee to electrical hazards.
