On or about November 3, 2019, in the Acid Scrubber Area of the Glycol#2 unit at Dow Chemical Plaquemine Plant, the employer did not document that equipment, including the pressure relief system on the Ethylene Oxide (EO) Knockout Drum (D-410) complied with the employers chosen RAGAGEP such as but not limited to API 521 Pressure-relieving and Depressuring Systems 2014 Edition.
