29 CFR 1926.451(a)(1): Scaffold(s) and scaffold(s) component(s) were not capable of supporting, without failure, its own weight and at least four times the maximum intended load applied or transmitted to it: At the jobsite located at 525 Branson Landing Blvd. in Branson Missouri: Employee was exposed to a fall hazard. Carpenter was cutting formwork while standing on guardrail. Employee fell approximately 12 feet when the scaffold component he was working from failed.
