29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): Employees were allowed to work on surfaces which did not have the requisite strength and structural integrity: Site- Employees working from roof while framing were not protected from a fall hazard where the roof framing, without roof sheathing, was not strong enough to support employees in all locations where roofing work was taking place. On or about November 6, 2019 an employee working from the roof fell approximately 21 feet when the roof framing supporting their body weight broke.
