29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: At the facility located at 131 West Main Street, Orange, MA: As of October 24, 2019, the employer had not performed an annual periodic inspection that ensured each procedure was inspected for inaccuracies during an actual energy control task. The employer also did not ensure that the inspector reviewed each authorized employee's responsibilities under each energy control procedure.
