29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): In any workplace where respirators are necessary to protect employee health or whenever respirators are required by the employer, a written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented: a) 188 Erie St., Building #3 - On or about and prior to October 1, 2019, the employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for respirator use including selection, medical evaluation, fit-testing, training and inspection for employees who wore half-mask air-purifying respirators while performing hand sanding and orbital sanding of window sashes and door frames painted with lead-based paint containing between 10.5% -16.6% lead by weight.
