29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) Sawmill - On or about October 2, 2019 wood chips, splinters, shavings and saw dust had accumulated on floors, cat walks, stairs, around and under conveyors and machinery exposing employees to fire and trip hazards. (b) Sawmill - On or about October 2, 2019 lumber, air lines and electrical cords on floor exposed employees to trip hazards.
