OSH Act of 1970 Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause serious physical harm to employees: (a) 2975 Galloway Road, Bensalem, PA On or about October 1, 2019, Employer failed to prevent an incident in which an employee took inadequate measures to avoid contact between equipment the employee was testing and a coworker who unexpectedly entered the area in which the equipment was being tested, thereby exposing the coworker to injury from contact with the equipment.
