29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(12): Ladders used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized electrical equipment did not have nonconductive siderails. Location: 21 Stackhouse St. New Bedford, MA On or about September 23, 2019, an employee was electrocuted, when an aluminum extension ladder contacted with the induced current from overhead power lines (consisting of a 13.2 kV, 3 phase circuit).
