29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to items (a) through (d) of this section: (a) PRODUCTION AREA - The written energy control procedure for the King 100 vertical boring machine did not clearly outline the scope, rules, and techniques to be utilized to perform lock out tag out and de-energize the machine, on or about August 22, 2019. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
